All consignments are subject to the Standard Trading Conditions of PickOPick.
Customs Formalities
All Customs related charges will have to be paid by the client. All Packages are subject to inspection and duty assessment by the Customs Officials once reached in Destination of Airport.
If any additional documentation
needed for may have to provide additional documentation to facilitate the clearance of consignment. Case to case.
Chargeable Weight
The chargeable weight of the consignment will be the Gross Weight or the Volumetric Weight whichever is heavier (as charged by the Airline.)
*Volumetric weight in Kilograms = (Length X Breadth X Height) in cms divided by 5000.
Packing
PickOPick reserves the right to re-pack a consignment to meet industry standards.
Clearance & Deliver Time
Clearance & delivery times are directly affected by customs formalities and inspections. A specific time to complete these formalities cannot be pre-determined. Delivery of the packages will be done once received at sorting facility.
On arrival of the item(s) at the PickOPick center, your name and membership number are verified. The dimensions of the packages, weight, online vendors reference number, and a brief description of the item is entered into the computer-generated log of your mailbox. A detailed Tracking label is printed and affixed on each item. The items is then stored in your allotted mailbox slot.
An email and SMS/ whatsapp is sent to you informing you of the arrival of the item at your mailbox. To view the contents of your mailbox you can log onto the PickOPick website and check the status.
The contents of your Pick box are shipped as per the shipping frequency of your choice. You are able to track your package through each transit point until it arrives at your doorstep. You will be notified by the PickOPickcentre if duties are payable on the items en-routed to you.
The PickID is registered in your name and as a result items will only be accepted and updated to your PickOpick account, if the delivery address contains your name and PickOPick Membership Number.
Limited Liability:
Limited liability is to the extent of the lesser of USD 10/- or the value of the consignment if shipment is lost in transit.
Duty Payment:
Pay by receiver.
Duty Charges (IF APPLIED BY CUSTOMS:
Will Require passport copy with valid visa and National ID copy. All Customs related / Admin charges (as Actual) will have to be paid by the consignee. Paperwork for duty related shipment will be provided upon delivery of the shipment.
Communication
All Routed collections will be initiated through Pick O Pick.
PickOPick will arrange for the collection, check the product, and send the picture of the product to the client throughwhatsapp
Shipment to be picked up from PickOpick Fulfillment within the next 24 to 48 hours will forwarded to destinations.excluding weekends & holidays.
Delays maybe caused due to unavoidable circumstances. Pick O Pick will not be responsible for the deterioration of the goods due to any delays in transit or delivery.
Standard Prohibited Commodities not acceptable for Transport by any circumstance.

Property, the carriage of which is prohibited by any law, regulations or statue of any federal, state or local Government of any country to or through which the shipment may be carried.
